GHL (GoHighLevel) is our customer management platform which processes contact form submissions and order data. Our fulfillment partner receives your name and shipping address to pack and dispatch your order.

Your data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States by our platform providers. By using our website you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with our legal obligations. Order records are kept for a minimum of 6 years in line with standard business requirements.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of verdaiadetox.com and your purchase of products from VERDAIA. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Our products

VERDAIA sells the Full-Spectrum Detox and Restoration Kit, a set of six botanical tinctures and one nasal spray. All products are formulated in Mexico. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medication please consult your doctor before use.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. The current price of the Full-Spectrum Detox and Restoration Kit is $299 USD. VERDAIA reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to Canada, USA, UK, and Mexico. Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Delivery to Canada and USA is typically 5 to 10 business days. UK and Mexico is 7 to 14 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. These are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. VERDAIA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

Customs and import duties

Free shipping covers the cost of sending your order. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee subject to the following conditions. Your refund request must be made within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. The kit must be returned with at least 50% of the product remaining across all six items. You must contact us at care@verdaiadetox.com before returning any items to receive a return authorisation. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned kit. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions above are not met.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items please contact us at care@verdaiadetox.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on verdaiadetox.com including text, images, logos, and product formulations is the property of VERDAIA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

VERDAIA's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our products or website.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
